Handstand, headstand, shoulderstand...oh my! Get your heart above
your head to experience equipose and balance. Have you always wanted to
learn more about inverted yoga poses? Join Mikhayla Harrell for a six
week course that will focus on the alignment, benefits, modifications,
and variations of inversions in our asana practice. This course is for
the intermediate/advanced practitioner. Enrollment is limited to 10
students. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Cost for 6 classes,
$75.
