About Us
Our
mission is to introduce children of all ages to the wonderful world of yoga and
all of its benefits. We currently hold classes at yoga studios and schools around the city, and are always open to hosting at new venues! Blooming Sprout Yoga - Enrichment and bonding from seed to sprout!
Class Descriptions
Tiny Sprout Yoga (Parents and Children Birth to Pre-crawling)
During a Tiny Sprout yoga class, your little one will enjoy bonding with you and learning new skills while being on their backs, tummies and even held in your arms! This class offers a special opportunity for you to meet other parents and watch your child change and grow each week. Not only will you have an amazing bonding experience with your Tiny Sprout, but you will ease back into exercise by learning breathing and relaxation techniques for yourself. No yoga experience required. (45 minutes)
Little Sprout Yoga (Parents and Children Crawling to 2 Years)
During a Little Sprout yoga class your little one will practice gross motor skills in a fun and active setting. You will help them practice postures while they are jumping, walking, sitting up and standing. Not only will they have fun being physically active, but you will see their social personality emerge as they mimic, and interact with other Little Sprouts! No yoga experience required. (45 minutes)
Junior Sprout Yoga (Parents and Children 2-4 Years)
During a Junior Sprout yoga class, you and your kiddo will learn yoga poses through play, songs, games, and LOTS of movement. Skills such as following directions, increasing attention span and developing gross motor skills will be practiced each week. Not only will your Junior Sprout enjoy interacting with other children, but they will have a blast bonding with you! No yoga experience required. (45 minutes)
Big Sprout Yoga (Children 4-6 Years)
During a Big Sprout yoga class, your child will have the opportunity to blossom into a practicing yogi! Each week we will build our practice to learn important foundation poses and skills such as breathing techniques, relaxation, focus, and strengthening of the mind AND body. No yoga experience required. (1 hour)

Seed to Sprout Yoga (Prenatal Women)
Prenatal yoga has an endless list of benefits for a pregnant woman. During each class we will focus on bringing awareness to your changing body to increase flexibility, strength, circulation and balance. Prenatal yoga also focuses on teaching breathing techniques, relaxation and stress relief. No yoga experience required. (1 hour)
