Exercise the mind, body, and spirit with yoga!

Our teachers have been trained in the Sacred Method, a unique style of yoga encouraging exercise of all bodies: physical, energetic, and causal.   By unifying the body with the mind through breath work and positive affirmations, students are able to deepen their practice; increasing flexibility and relaxing the mind. By focusing on the physical and metaphysical, along with the use of affirmation and intention, anyone can manifest healing!   

To assist the student to become more internal in their practice, yoga is offered in a small, relaxed environment with dimmed lighting.  The intimate setting allows for a capacity of 7 students.  Students are encouraged to listen to their body, validating the level they're at.  Modifications are provided to ensure proper alignment. Classes are geared towards all students, from beginner to advanced. Join us today!

Intro Class: $5 + tax
