Rooted in the principles of alignment and strength, this class focuses on bringing harmony to the movements of the body. I intend to share the wealthy knowledge of a Hatha Yoga practice to dancing souls of all kinds. Whether you have danced a little or a lot, please welcome yourself to Yoga for Dancers and find out what your body has to teach you! What you learn may enlighten your dancing body, mind and spirit.
