We are proud to offer Yoga classes for adults and children of all ages!

Looking to relieve pain? Want to strengthen your mind, body and spirit? We are offering Yoga for adults using the Barkan method. Classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings at 5:30 pm.

Also offering Yoga Tuesdays for Kids of all ages!

10-11 am - Itsy Bitsy Yoga for Toddlers (a mommy and me class)

11:15- 1:45 Community Meditation Time

2-3 pm - Developing Language Through Yoga for children ages 4-7

3:15-4:15 pm - Little Yogis: Yoga for children ages 7-10

5-6 pm Yoga for Teens
