AyurYoga combines the asana practice of Yoga with the energetics of Ayurveda to keep the mind, body and spirit in balance. With a cultivated breath awareness, a healthy, pain-free body and a calm balanced mind we are able to have enriching relationships throughout our life, not only with ourself but also to all those around us. The practice of AyurYoga returns us back to that natural balanced state.
