Yoga is a wonderful way for children to explore the joy of movement, the silliness of play, and the calm and concentration that come from making friends with your breath!

Classes will be held at The Source (1111 Carlisle Blvd. SE, Albuquerque ) on Thursday afternoons from 1:30-2:30.  The summer session will run from June 24-July 29.

The classes are open to children from ages 5-9. Parents are also welcome to participate, free of charge; or, relax on the patio at Michael Thomas Coffee, adjacent to The Source.

Cost for the six week session: $60.
