Yoga is for all.  This is a gentle class, suitable for beginners or continuing yoga students. Based on Iyengar style for creating alignment, balance, and space for healthy body, mind, and breath.  Mondays and Thursdays from 5:45PM to 6:45PM. $5.00 donation requested but not required.
