Hatha Yoga Classes to unite body, mind and breath!

Christine facilitates Beginner-Intermediate Yoga every Tuesday & Thursday 6-7:30pm & Saturday 1-2:15pm, with meditation from 2:15-2:45pm included in class or come just for meditation for $5.   One Saturday per month we have Workshop Saturday to focus on a specific aspect of practice - March 20 is Balance on the Mat for Balance off the Mat!  Classes are $16 drop-in, or 4 for $52, Workshops are $30 or 2 people together for $50.
