Grassroots Yoga wants school teachers to know: we appreciate the work you do in supporting children and young adults, and in creating a strong community. We believe you deserve thanks!

If you are a school teacher, please join Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher and Grassroots Yoga co-director Erin Hansbrough, for a free class especially for you. Whether your school is public, private or charter; whether you teach pre-school, college, or anywhere in between; we invite you to enjoy a morning of self-care, stress-relief, and enjoyment--while also building strength and increasing flexibility! A bonus: you might just pick up a few tools to employ when the classroom gets a little crazy :)

No previous yoga experience is necessary.This event will likely fill up, so please arrive 15-20 minutes early to secure a spot. Please bring your school i.d. or pay stub to show at the door.
