ESPECIALLY FOR YOGA TEACHERS. Learn techniques to bring more Pranayama to your students, introduce your classes to breathwork, and increase your own knowledge and skills. Includes instruction on teaching pranayama and opportunities to practice with your colleagues in the workshop.
