Little Buddha Yoga is offering a FREE kids and family yoga event at High Desert Yoga in Nob Hill.

10am Bring your children 3 and under along with the entire family!

1130am Bring your children 4 and over along with the entire family!

Enjoy an hour of free family yoga and learn about all of the kids yoga we offer. (If you have multiple children both over and under 3 please choose an appropriate time and bring everyone!)
